LOS ANGELES -- The Los Angeles Dodgers optioned right-hander Mike Bolsinger to Triple-A Oklahoma City on Sunday and recalled right-hander Carlos Frias.
Bolsinger, who gave up five runs and nine hits in 2 2/3 innings Saturday night in the Dodgers' 10-6 victory over the Brewers, was 1-4 with a 6.83 ERA in six starts.
Frias was 1/3 with a 4.66 ERA in seven minor league games this season, including two for Double-A Tulsa, as he has recovered from an oblique injury. He has not pitched in the majors yet this season.
Frias is 6-6 with a 4.66 ERA in 32 career appearances, including 15 starts, for the Dodgers.
