LOS ANGELES -- USC center Toa Lobendahninjured his left knee in the first half of the Trojans' 42-24 win overUtahand missed the remainder of the game.
Lobendahn left in the first quarter, and ice was immediately applied to the knee. He was replaced by Khaliel Rodgers.
Trojans interim coach Clay Helton said after the game that Lobendahn will have an MRI to determine the extent of the injury.
The injury represents another key loss for the Trojans' offensive line, which is already without center Max Tuerk (knee, out for the season) and left tackle Chad Wheeler (concussion). Lobendahn shifted to center from right guard when Tuerk was injured against Washington on Oct. 8.
True freshman safety Marvell Tell also left the game in the first half with a shoulder injury and did not return.
