Suspect sought for shooting woman in face with paintball gun in Long Beach

LONG BEACH, Calif. (KABC) -- Long Beach police are looking for the person who shot a woman in the face with a paintball gun.

The woman was sitting at a bus stop on Atlantic Boulevard and South Street around 9:30 p.m. Wednesday night when she was struck.

First responders treated her at the scene, and she is expected to be OK.

Long Beach police did not immediately have suspect information or details on a motive.
