The Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks is giving visitors another reason to stop by: free Wi-Fi.

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- The Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks is giving visitors another reason to stop by: free Wi-Fi.

The city is rolling out the pilot program that will allow you to get free Wi-Fi at six local parks.

  • Venice Beach
  • Echo Park
  • Cabrillo Beach
  • Griffith Observatory
  • Reseda Park
  • Pershing Square

At those locations you'll be able to access the Wi-Fi network in designated "hotspots." At the parks, search for the connection called "Oh, Ranger!"
