FedEx big rig rams median on 60 Fwy, snarls traffic in Pomona
A FedEx big rig slammed through the center divider, shutting down all westbound lanes of the 60 Freeway in Pomona early Monday morning.

POMONA, Claif. (KABC) -- A FedEx big rig slammed through the center divider, shutting down all westbound lanes of the 60 Freeway in Pomona early Monday morning.

The wreck occurred around 2 a.m. near Reservoir Street. The roads were slick, but it was not known if rain caused the accident.

The big rig was traveling along the eastbound lanes when it crashed through the median. California Highway Patrol closed all westbound lanes as well and two eastbound lanes. Traffic was snarled for miles.

No injuries were reported.

Lanes began reopening around 6:30 a.m.
