BEAUMONT, Calif. (KABC) -- An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 3.2 has struck near Beaumont on Friday, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The quake, which was about 3 miles in depth, was centered around 4.2 miles northeast of Beaumont and 0.9 miles east-northeast of Highland.
The temblor hit at 9:39 p.m.
There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
