Drought conditions impact pumpkins at Santa Clarita festival

SANTA CLARITA, Calif. (KABC) -- Only three weeks until Halloween, but one trick or treat tradition has been cancelled this season because of the drought.

The lack of water from the canyon reservoir has dried up the land, affecting not only the produce, but pumpkins from an annual festival in Santa Clarita.
