VIDEO: Surfers, crowds flock to The Wedge in Newport Beach

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (KABC) -- Surfers have been flocking to The Wedge in Newport Beach to take advantage of the high surf, despite the danger it poses.

Spectators came to witness the huge waves and those who ride them.
