WEST COVINA, Calif. (KABC) -- A mother made an emotional plea Friday night for help to find her son who went missing Monday after heading out to meet someone about a costumer for a dance performance.

Rahkeem Reyes, 27, is a professional dancer known as Rocky to his family and friends. He has appeared in numerous music videos, movies and commercials.

He was last seen around 5:40 p.m. that day, and his car was found still running in the 1500 block of McWood Street in West Covina. His wallet and laptop still inside, but there was no sign of him.

Reyes stands 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 130 pounds and was last seen wearing a black and white baseball T-shirt and black ripped skinny jeans.

"I know somebody saw something somewhere. Somebody knows something out there. Please, please, please, I beg everybody, please," mother Dalia Reyes said.

As his close-knit family continues their frantic search for him, West Covina police continued their investigation. Detectives said a man was arrested in connection to the case, but have not released further details.

Reyes' family said he would never just disappear. As their fear grows, they cling to their faith and hope that he will be found safe and sound.

"I'm looking for the best. I'm looking that my son is a John Doe at a hospital somewhere with amnesia or something because I don't want to think of him, you know, being hurt," father Chaplain Rob Reyes said.
