BELL GARDENS, Calif. (KABC) -- Many boys and girls dream of becoming an astronaut when they grow up.
On Tuesday, students at Suva Elementary School in Bell Gardens got a taste of what it's like to live up in space.
The space day gave students the chance to check out space suits, UFOs and a lunar roving vehicle.
The Montebello Unified School District brought in the traveling space museum to promote the academic benefits of science, technology, engineering and math - also known as STEM education.
