Angelina Jolie takes on Disney's 'Maleficent'

Disney's new take on their classic 1959 film "Sleeping Beauty" adds new depth to an iconic villain.

"Maleficent," which opens May 30, reveals the character's past and her road to evil.

"People have assumed they knew her forever," said Angelina Jolie, who played Maleficent. "Nobody knew why she became the way she is."
