Carrie Fisher talks new 'Star Wars' movie
ABC7 Reporter George Pennacchio recently caught up with Carrie Fisher and asked her about the new 'Star Wars' film.

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Carrie Fisher is returning as "Princess Leia" in the next "Star Wars" movie. The cast recently got together for an initial table read of the script.

"It was great. It was great. It was," said Fisher.

Asked about the difference working with George Lucas and now J.J. Abrams, Fisher replied, "I was much younger, so I was more frightened that they'd fire me then. Now they can't really fire me...But they didn't hire all of me. They hired me, you know, minus a certain amount of weight."
