Jennifer Aniston has been named 2016's most beautiful woman in the world.

The former Friends star will grace the cover of 2016's Most Beautiful People issue, People Magazine announced Wednesday. Aniston told the magazine that when she heard the news she had a moment of ecstasy that reminded her of teenage emotions.

"There was sort of a very excited, a sort of teenager-y kind of a moment of feeling very, very flattered," she said.

The Emmy-winning actress said that her definition of beauty goes beyond clothes and outer appearance.

"It's really learning to love every single thing about yourself," Aniston said of her personal definition of beauty.

The most beautiful thing anyone has said to her, Aniston said, was a cancer patient explaining that Friends helped her through her cancer treatment because it made her laugh.

"That was one of my most precious moments," she said.

This is the second time the 47-year-old has claimed the title, according to ABC News. Other women on this year's list include Serena Williams, Taraji P. Henson and Melissa McCarthy. The full list is in the magazine, which hits newsstands Friday.
