SOUTH GATE, Calif. (KABC) -- One man was killed and another was hospitalized following a business dispute at a South Gate body shop Wednesday night.

The victim's nephew witnessed the incident, grabbed a gun and shot both suspects, killing one of them.

The other suspect was hurt with unknown injuries, and the victim sustained minor injuries, according to sheriff's officials.

All people involved in the incident were taken into custody as the investigation was ongoing.
