Attorneys who have filed a class-action lawsuit on behalf of residents in Porter Ranch released new video which they say shows gas continuing to spew into neighborhoods.

PORTER RANCH, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Attorneys who have filed a class-action lawsuit on behalf of residents in Porter Ranch released new video which they say shows gas continuing to spew into neighborhoods.

The infrared video, which was shot on Jan. 11, was released on Sunday. Attorneys say the footage shows that gas is still spilling into Porter Ranch from a leaking Southern California Gas Co. storage facility in Aliso Canyon.

The video is in response to a claim made by SoCal Gas that emissions from the leak had decreased by 60 percent.

Attorneys say the video shows that little progress has been made to stop the leak.

SoCal Gas has maintained that it is focused on stopping the leak as safely and quickly as possible.
