LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Three men were sentenced to decades in prison Wednesday for robbing a Nordstrom Rack in Westchester in 2013.

A woman, who was sexually assaulted by one of three men, wrote a letter to her rapist that was read in court.

"I hate that you invaded, robbed and raped my body," she said in the letter. "I hate feeling worried every morning, noon and night. I hate the anger inside of me. I hate every inch of you. I hate that you threatened my life. I hate that you told lies about me. I hate that you don't care about who I was."

Another victim also spoke out. She said each morning she has to remind herself that her attackers are not able to hurt her anymore.

Prosecutors say the men forced most of the 14 employees at the clothing store to strip to their underwear. One of the victims was even stabbed in the neck during the hours-long stand off.

The convicted robbers showed little emotion in the courtroom as they listened to one victim tell the judge the violence left her "emotionally handicapped" and that she experiences flashbacks from that night.

Raymond Sherman, Jr., Troy Hammock and Everett Allen were convicted in March on dozens of charges of second-degree robbery.

Sherman was also convicted of rape, forcible oral copulation and kidnapping. He was sentenced to nearly 200 years in prison. The other two received 37- and 41-year sentences.
