3 women found dead in Hawaiian Gardens home
Three women were found dead inside of a Hawaiian Gardens home Monday morning. Homicide detectives are investigating.

HAWAIIAN GARDENS, Calif. (KABC) -- Three women were found dead inside of a Hawaiian Gardens home Monday morning. Homicide detectives are investigating.

Authorities responded to the 11800 block of 223rd Street just after 7:30 a.m. According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, a relative discovered the bodies when stopping by the house to check on them.

One body was found in a bedroom, and two other bodies were found in the garage. The victims have not yet been identified.

Three deputies were taken to a nearby hospital after being overcome by fumes at the scene, the sheriff's department said. One deputy has already been released.

Deputies say chemicals were being stored inside the garage but have not said what kind.
