DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Several viewers grabbed lunch and met the ABC7 Eyewitness News team on Friday in downtown Los Angeles!
Our second Pop-Up News Bureau opened up at 11 a.m. at Grand Central Market on Broadway and Hill between Third and Fourth streets and was held until about 6:30 p.m.
Viewers shared story ideas and even got the opportunity to see how our weathercasters and meteorologists do the weather before heading out to do some shopping or eating of their own.

Downtown L.A.'s Broadway Trade Center to be revived to its original grandeur
A lot of downtown's revitalization has also been tied to the Broadway Corridor, a street famous for its beautiful theatres. Plans to revive the Broadway Trade Center to its original grandeur are also underway. The former commercial district was once the largest department store west of Chicago.
