SANTA ANA, Calif. (KABC) -- A former Spanish teacher and soccer coach at a San Juan Capistrano school has been sentenced to prison for having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old girl.
Ricardo Aldana, 40, was convicted in May of three counts of lewd acts with a child.
He was sentenced to three years and four months in prison. He will also be required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
Aldana was a teacher at JSerra Catholic High School for seven years. He was fired following his arrest in December 2011.
