INGLEWOOD, Calif. (KABC) -- Another Special Olympian has been reported missing.

Abidjan Ouattara, 24, a member of the Ivory Coast team, was last seen at about 11 p.m. Monday at the Adventurer Hotel in the 4200 block of West Century Boulevard in Inglewood, where he was staying during the competition.

His coach reported him missing early Tuesday morning. Ouattara had apparently walked away from the hotel the prior night and had not returned.

Ouattara was scheduled to fly out of Los Angeles International Airport at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday. He only speaks French.

Ouattara was described as 5 feet 6 inches tall with a medium build and a dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a white athletic jacket and a blue or orange T-shirt, white pants and sandals. He wears glasses and has a physical impairment to his left hand and forearm.

His disappearance comes after two other Special Olympics athletes were reported missing and later found.

The Special Olympics issued a statement saying that all delegations had been taken to either LAX or to an area hotel.

"As of last night, we no longer have any control over the delegations and they are making their own arrangements to stay further as visitors, or to go back to their home countries," said Jeff Carr, chief operating officer of the LA2015 Games Organizing Committee.

Anyone with information is asked to call Inglewood police at (310) 412-5240.
