Man beaten to death in Lawndale; investigation underway

LAWNDALE, Calif. (KABC) -- Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies are asking for the public's help in finding information about the beating death of a man in Lawndale on Sunday.

Investigators responded to the scene of the deadly beating on the 4500 block of W. 166th Street at about 11:49 a.m.

The unidentified victim was found and later pronounced dead at a local hospital.
