Man fatally stabbed in Palmdale; homicide investigation underway

PALMDALE, Calif. (KABC) -- A homicide investigation is underway after a man was fatally stabbed in Palmdale Saturday, Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies said.

The victim was found in the 3800 block of San Francisquito Canyon Road at about 3:47 p.m. He was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

No suspect information was immediately released.
