Pedestrian killed in Littlerock hit-and-run

LITTLEROCK, Calif. (KABC) -- A pedestrian was struck and killed in a hit-and-run in Littlerock Saturday. Authorities are hoping the public can help track down the driver.

The incident happened around midnight at the intersection of Pearblossom Hghway and 75th Street.

Investigators say 46-year-old Gloria Carrington of Littlerock was walking in the westbound lane near 75th Street when she was hit by a vehicle. She was declared dead at the scene.

A description of the vehicle was not immediately available. Police urge any possible witnesses to come forward.
