PHOTOS: Westlake District high-rise building fire

WESTLAKE DISTRICT, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A fire ripped through a high-rise building in the Westlake District on Tuesday, April 7, 2015.

Firefighters rescued two people from the burning building after they became trapped on the top floor.
