Santa Ana truck catches fire, flames spread to garage

SANTA ANA, Calif. (KABC) -- A car fire that spread to an entire garage in Santa Ana Sunday morning has displaced four people.

Orange County firefighters responded at about 2:15 a.m. in the 800 block of East Elder Avenue. Investigators said the fire started in a truck parked in a driveway and then spread into the garage.

No injuries were reported, but four trucks were destroyed and the house sustained smoke damage.

The cause of the fire was under investigation.
