San Pedro In-N-Out shooting: 3 teens shot, injured
Three people were shot near an In-N-Out restaurant in San Pedro Friday night after a high school football game.

SAN PEDRO, Calif. (KABC) -- Three students were shot near an In-N-Out in San Pedro Friday night after a high school football game. One is listed in critical condition.

Police responded to the area near the restaurant at Western Avenue and West Capitol Drive at 10:30 p.m. initially to disperse a crowd of about 500 people from San Pedro and Banning high schools following a football game. A teenage boy allegedly walked up to a car and shot three other teens inside.

A 15-year-old boy was listed in critical condition. Two others, 17 and 19, were listed with moderate injuries - one shot in the buttocks and the other in the arm. Two other passengers, also males, were not injured. It was unclear if the victims or the suspect was from either high school.

Police said the shooting may be gang-related because of what the gunman said before opening fire. However, they did not elaborate.

In-N-Out closed early due to the incident.

Police are looking for a 17-year-old male in a red hooded sweatshirt in connection to the shooting. If you have any information about this incident, you're urged to contact Crime Stoppers at (800) 222-TIPS.
