PASADENA, Calif. (KABC) -- Pasadena police are searching for several suspects who used a BB or pellet gun to damage and shatter the windows of at least 30 vehicles in a residential neighborhood Friday night.

The suspects targeted vehicles in the 1200 block of N. Mar Vista Avenue at about 8:45 p.m. and fled in a white vehicle, police said.

Detectives are searching for leads in the case and possibly video shot by witnesses.

Most of the damaged windows were repaired. One resident who called police about the incident was told it would take a while because she was the 26th person to call about the situation.

There have been over a dozen similar incidents in the area over the past few months, according to the Pasadena Police Department. It's not clear if the incidents are related.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Pasadena police at (626) 744-4241.
