VIDEO: Torrance residents describe Exxon Mobil blast

TORRANCE, Calif. (KABC) -- A blast at the Exxon Mobil refinery in Torrance turned the air dark and sent ash falling onto streets and vehicles on Wednesday.

Residents in the area said they initially thought it was an earthquake.
