Wind-driven mulch fire burning in Ontario

ONTARIO, Calif. (KABC) -- Firefighters were battling a fast-spreading mulch fire in Ontario Saturday night.

The blaze, which was driven by high wind gusts, erupted at Grove and Chino avenues at 9:14 p.m., sending up heavy smoke in the area.

Ontario firefighters say some out-buildings have burned, but no homes are threatened and the fire is contained to the property.
