VIDEO: 14 candidates vying for Los Angeles' District 4 council seat

There's a crowded field of candidates running to replace City Councilman Tom LaBonge. LaBonge has termed out and 14 candidates are now vying to represent Los Angeles' 4th District , which includes Sherman Oaks, Toluca Lake, Hancock Park and many Hollywood Hills communities.

Eyewitness News reporter Carlos Granda talked to LaBonge about the importance of his district.
