Los Angeles Angels left-hander Tyler Skaggs will miss his scheduled start Wednesday against the Seattle Mariners with left forearm soreness and will undergo an MRI.

Skaggs had Tommy John surgery in 2014 and was slated to make his 10th start.

Right-hander Jhoulys Chacin will take Skaggs' place in the rotation and come out of the bullpen to make his 14th start of the season. He's 3-6 with a 6.54 ERA as a starter.
