LOS ANGELES -- Clippers forward Glen "Big Baby" Davis has been fined $15,000 for kicking a seat cushion into the stands, the NBA announced Tuesday.

The incident occurred with 4:16 remaining in the fourth quarter of the Clippers' 119-106 win over the Boston Celtics on Sunday at TD Garden after Davis and the Clippers' second unit watched the team's 35-point lead dwindle down to 14.

Davis kicked the seat cushion after Luigi Datome hit a 3-pointer and Doc Rivers called a timeout to put the Clippers' starters back in the game.

"The second unit played like s---," Davis said after the game. "We played like s---. We had to take the starters out and put them back in. As the second unit we have to take pride in that and making sure that we can keep the lead or get it up because at the end of the day those guys are great but they're going to need us and we got to be prepared. The second unit is growing and today was a hard lesson for us."
