SAN ANTONIO -- The San Antonio Spurslisted point guard Tony Parker as questionable Thursday for Friday's Game 3 matchup against the Los Angeles Clippers in the Western Conference playoffs due to tightness in his right Achilles tendon.

Parker entered the club's Game 2 victory over the Clippers already nursing a twisted left ankle and a bruised left quadriceps, but left Wednesday's game with a little more than five minutes left to play after suffering the Achilles injury.

Spurs coach Gregg Popovich couldn't provide an update on Parker's injury Wednesday night, saying "I honestly don't know" when asked about the point guard's condition. The team didn't practice on Thursday.

Parker played nearly 30 minutes against the Clippers, scoring only one point and missing all six of his attempts from the field. Parker did manage to dish out five assists to go with a steal. But Parker acknowledged after the game his Achilles injury was basically the same ailment that forced him out of an April 7 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Spurs forward Tim Duncan said he's "very concerned" about Parker's injury but expects him to play in Game 3 against the Clippers at the AT&T Center.

"I hope he's able to play and play well for us," Duncan said Wednesday night. "He's a big part of what we do. So him not at 100 percent hurts us, but we'll see. He's a gamer. He's going to go, and he's going to get treatment for the next 48 hours. When that ball goes up, I guarantee he'll be out there because that's the kind of player he is."
