SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA (KABC) -- Strong Santa Ana winds tore across the Southland, toppling trees and knocking out power in many areas on Saturday.
Gusts took down power lines in Fontana, causing outages for many residents. The winds also knocked over a billboard in North Hollywood and trees in many neighborhoods including Rancho Cucamonga, Alta Loma and Montrose.
