Study: Nap may make headache worse

A new study finds that napping could make symptoms worse because a nap disrupts normal sleep patterns and increases the risk of insomnia.

Insomnia is also a trigger for tension-type headaches.

The study is published in the /*Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine*/.
