The top three in the Bay Area are: Mastermind Group, doing business as the Bay Area Auto Brokers in Richmond, Mikial Sing Nijjar of San Francisco and Marty James Orosco of Sunnyvale.
Each owes around $1.2 million. They are among the 28 new names on a list generated as part of a new law aimed at collecting back taxes.
