Moorpark police arrested Terrence Clark on suspicion of indecent exposure. They say Clark exposed himself and masturbated on dirt trails along the hillsides of Santa Rosa Valley in late June to early July.
Detectives said victims were able to provide an articulate description of a suspect, which led them to the arrest of Clark.
