Officials from the Guiness Book of World Records went to India, measured Jyoti Amge and gave her the title.
The teen is 24.7 inches tall, shorter than the average 2-year-old, and smaller than her teddy bear.
Her height doesn't bother her a bit. Amge plans to go to college and then have a career as an actor in "Bollywood" movies.
The old record holder is an American who is three inches taller.
