4.1-magnitude earthquake strikes Yorba Linda

YORBA LINDA, Calif.

The temblor, which hit around 1:31 p.m. PT, was centered about two miles north-northeast of Yorba Linda and five miles east-northeast of Placentia. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the quake had a depth of about 5.5 miles.

Eyewitness News viewers reported feeling shaking in Irvine, Whittier, Fullerton, Anaheim and downtown Los Angeles.

It's the third earthquake to hit the Yorba Linda area this month. Two magnitude-4.5 quakes struck on Aug. 8.

There were no reports of injury or damage.
