3 kidnapped Cleveland women make YouTube video giving thanks

The three young Cleveland women who were kidnapped and allegedly held as sex slaves for more than a decade are speaking out for the first time.

Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight gave thanks to the public in a YouTube video posted Monday night.

The three were rescued from a Cleveland house two months ago and are still recovering from their ordeal.

The new message from the women comes just days after Ariel Castro, who's accused of kidnapping them, was judged mentally fit to stand trial, which begins next month.
