Homicide investigation underway after man found dead in LA

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A man was found dead in Los Angeles Wednesday morning, prompting a homicide investigation.

Los Angeles police received a call around 7:35 a.m. alerting them of a "man down" at 310 Heliotrope Drive.

Responding officers found a deceased man at the scene. Investigators said they are treating this death as a homicide.
