2024 election updates: Trump and Harris bring their campaigns to the battleground state of Wisconsin

The Philadelphia district attorney sued Elon Musk and his super PAC on Monday over the billionaire's controversial $1 million registered voter giveaway.

The lawsuit from Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner claims Musk and his America PAC are "running an illegal lottery in Philadelphia (as well as throughout Pennsylvania)."

Musk announced the eighth winner of his super PAC's $1 million prize in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, on Saturday and doubled down on his promise to continue offering the money to a registered swing state voter who has signed his petition. He said participants are not required to vote, but the online petition form says one has to be a registered voter to be eligible.

Former President Barack Obama, Bruce Springsteen and now John Legend will be in Philadelphia on Monday in support of Kamala Harris as part of the "When We Vote We Win" concert series.

Harris, Trump continue to stump in Philadelphia region in final days before election

While Harris isn't expected to be at the rally herself, the vice president and Democratic presidential nominee was in Philadelphia on Sunday. She made stops across town, saying the path to the White House runs through Philadelphia.

Harris said that "no one can sit on the sidelines" in this year's presidential election as she continued her focus on this battleground state.

Bad Bunny threw his support behind Vice President Kamala Harris on Sunday by sharing a video of the Democratic presidential nominee shortly after a comedian at Donald Trump's Madison Square Garden rally made crude jokes about Latinos and called Puerto Rico a "floating island of garbage," angering artists and some Hispanic Republicans.

Bad Bunny, whose official name is Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, is one of the most famous artists of the moment. His backing could be a boost for the Harris campaign as it tries to bolster its support with Latino voters, among whom Trump has been working to gain ground.

The video Bad Bunny shared with his 45 million Instagram followers shows Harris saying "there's so much at stake in this election for Puerto Rican voters and for Puerto Rico." A representative of the artist confirmed that Bad Bunny is supporting Harris.

Vice President Kamala Harris appeared on Monday's episode of NFL player and TV host Shannon Sharpe's "Club Shay Shay" podcast to criticize former President Donald Trump as "full time focused on himself."

Trump, Harris said, is "somebody who has never been understanding of the issues that affect the community about disparities," accusing the former president of having "denied rent to Black families" when he was a landlord and noting his "full page ad in the New York Times against the Central Park Five."

"Don't think you're in Donald Trump's club," Harris continued. "He's not gonna be thinking about you."

"He'll spend full time talking about his grievances, about what everyone has done to him," Harris said of Trump's rallies. "He'll talk about himself, but he does not talk about the American people."
