LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Firefighters are battling several wildfires across Los Angeles County, including in the Pacific Palisades, San Gabriel Valley, Sylmar and in the Hollywood Hills.

Red flag warnings are in effect and will and remain in place until 6 p.m. Friday for the Malibu coast, the Santa Monica Mountains Recreational Area, the San Gabriel Valley, the San Fernando Valley, Calabasas, the Santa Clarita Valley, the San Gabriel Mountains, and the 5 Freeway and 14 Freeway corridors.

Small brush fire in Riverside contained by firefighters

A 15-acre brush fire that erupted early Wednesday morning in Riverside County was quickly contained within hours.

The Tyler Fire, which ignited around 3:25 a.m. hear Tyler Street and 47th Avenue in Coachella, was contained by 7 a.m.

No injuries or damaged structures were reported.

Universal Studios, CityWalk closed Wednesday amid wind and fire conditions

Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal CityWalk were closed Wednesday as Southern California contended with multiple major fires and a devastating windstorm.

"We will continue to assess the situation and expect to open for business tomorrow," Universal said in a statement. "The safety of our team members and our guests is our top priority."

No fires were burning immediately near Universal City on Wednesday morning. A dramatic brush fire that erupted Tuesday afternoon in the Hollywood Hills was quickly extinguished by firefighters.

Brush fire burns 75 acres in Sepulveda Basin

Firefighters on Wednesday were scrambling to get control of another fire that broke out near the Sepulveda Basin.

The Woodley Fire was reported around 6:15 a.m. and was initially estimated at 75 acres, according to Cal Fire. Officials later updated that to 30 acres burned.

The fire did not spread any further, and no structures were threatened.

Evacuation warnings issued for parts of Duarte amid Eaton Fire

Evacuation warnings were issued Wednesday morning for parts of Duarte as the massive Eaton Fire continued to spread amid 0% containment.

The city of Duarte issued the warning for zonesDUA-001 andDUA-002, DUA-005, and DUA-008.

"Residents in these areas should prepare a 'Go Bag' of necessary supplies in the event an Evacuation Order is issued," the city said in a statement. "Those residing in the area who require additional time to evacuate, or who require special assistance, may want to evacuate as a precautionary measure."

Officials urged residents to visit protect.genasys.com/search to learn more about their respective evacuation zones.

As of 5:30 a.m., Cal Fire reported the fire was 2,227 acres and was 0% contained.
