NORTH HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A new express bus transit line from North Hollywood to Pasadena launched on Tuesday.
Metro's Line 501, the Noho to Pasadena Express, will run seven days a week, with buses every 15 minutes during peak hours.
On weekdays, the service will run from 5:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on weekends, it will run 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The buses will stop at North Hollywood, Burbank, Glendale and Pasadena.
Metro officials expect about 1,700 people per day to ride the Noho to Pasadena line. The cost per ride is $2.50.
