ARCADIA, Calif. (KABC) -- A Monterey Park man was arrested for allegedly molesting a 10-year-old boy in the bathroom of the Arcadia Dave & Buster's. Authorities believe there could be other victims.
Police received a report of sexual battery involving a minor at around 6:45 p.m. Monday from the Westfield Santa Anita mall.
Authorities say the victim was fondled by the suspect inside the restroom at Dave & Buster's, which is located within the mall. Right after the alleged incident, the boy told his mother, who chased the suspect.
Managers at Dave & Buster's also gave chase and eventually caught up to the man. Mall security detained him until police arrived.
Kwan Chow, 31, was arrested on suspicion of committing a lewd act with a child under 14 years old. The victim positively identified Chow as the man who molested him.
During the investigation, detectives identified Chow as the suspect in another assault of a 10-year-old boy at Dave & Buster's. The victim was also able to identify Chow, officials said.
Chow was transported to the Arcadia City Jail for booking and transferred to the Los Angeles County Inmate Reception Center. He is being held on $100,000 bail.
