Authorities released surveillance video of a suspect accused of sexually battering a woman in Thousand Oaks.

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. (KABC) -- Thousand Oaks police are searching for a man accused of sexually battering a woman in a movie theatre restroom stall Friday night.

The incident occurred at the Muvico Theatres on Hillcrest Drive at approximately 11:39 p.m.

The victim told police that an unidentified man slid underneath the partition of the restroom stall she was in and sexually battered her. The victim struggled with the suspect and was eventually able to exit the stall and flee the theater.

The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, between 5 feet 5 inches to 5 feet 7 inches, 130 to 150 pounds, with a slender build and a medium to dark complexion. He has brown hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a grey hoodie and dark colored jeans.

He allegedly exited the Muvico Theatre and got into the passenger seat of a black sedan.

Thousand Oaks police are asking for the public's help to identify the suspect. Anyone with information was urged to contact Detective Eric Taylor at (805) 947-8252.
