SEAL BEACH, Calif. (KABC) -- The Orange County Fire Authority is warning residents to be careful of high surf as a storm moves in to the area. Sets could reach 12 to 14 feet.
"This year, we've already had 15 serious drowning incidents, nine of those have been fatal. We don't want to have anybody injured or killed out there," OCFA Capt. Steve Concialdi said.
