Bear found up a tree in Pasadena neighborhood

PASADENA, Calif. (KABC) -- Pasadena firefighters helped rescue a bear that was up in a tree in a neighborhood Saturday afternoon.

The small bear was found in the 1100 block of N. Michigan Avenue. Firefighters helped wildlife officials bring the bear down and subdue it.

It was transported back to its habitat in the foothills after being tranquilized.
