13-year-old in custody after teenager shot, killed at apartment complex in Pomona

POMONA, Calif. (KABC) -- A 13-year-old girl was taken into custody after another teenager was shot and killed at an apartment complex in Pomona.

The deadly shooting, which police say is a possible case of domestic violence, happened Sunday evening on Pasadena Street.

Pomona police said the victim was possibly around 16 years old.

Additional details about what led up to the shooting were not available.

It's unclear if the teenage victim and suspect knew each other.
