'Chad Powers' Season 2 RENEWAL! Frankie A. Rodriguez is "very anxious" for Hulu comedy's return
Season 1 of the Glen Powell comedy series is streaming now on Hulu
Touchdown! Hulu's hit comedy series "Chad Powers" is officially back for sophomore year.
Glen Powell will return as Russ Holliday/Chad Powers. Also, rejoining the team is Perry Mattfeld as Ricky, Quentin Plair as Coach Byrd, Wynn Everett as Tricia Yeager, Steve Zahn as Coach Jake Hudson and Frankie A. Rodriguez as Danny.
On The Red Carpet caught up with Rodriguez on board the Disney Destiny cruise ship. Rodriguez reacted to the Season 2 news, "I'm so excited to see where these characters go. We left off on a huge cliffhanger at the end of season one, so I think myself and everybody who loved and watched the show are very anxious to see what happens next."
Rodriguez also shares why fans shouldn't fumble on Season 1, "You're just missing a really funny, heartfelt comedy. Um, I don't think there's been something like this in a while, so I think it scratches an itch for people. So, please watch it!"
Tackle Season 1 of "Chad Powers" streaming now on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+. Look for Season 2 in 2026.
